This is my favorite branch, of all the Chittenden County branches. Deb Cronin is an excellent manager, and all the tellers are friendly, knowledgeable and quick. They become friends.

The staff is friendly and do a great job. The parking lot is dangerous. The railing is so low on their walkway that if you park behind on the side of the building in a small car when you back up you can’t see it at all. I smashed my tail light along with many other people as their is broken tail light glass all over the walkway. Not a happy customer and will only go through drive through in the future.

I’ve had an account for over 4 years I tried buying something online last night with my debit card and it wouldn’t go through, I went out to eat with only my card on me and after the meal it was declined and locked out I called the costumer service number and they couldn’t help me at all because my phone number had been changed and not updated, this was Saturday no banks were open I had no money to pay my food bill and no money until Monday. Long story short I will be closing my account on Monday Td bank could take the food Rt out of ur mouth literally

Best Bank in the area, the staff is so helpful. The tellers are always in a great mood, patient and polite.  The managers also.

I love this bank, more particularly the tellers and staff. Very kind and always helpful.

Waited over 45 minutes for a virtual appointment and never heard from them.
