TD Bank

I was at the TD bank (Winooski) at 4:30 on 01/24/2017. I had a couple of things to be sorted, this was my first time at the Winooski bank, I usually go to the one in Essex. I really had a bad experience and felt sligtly discriminated (racially)because of what an employee said. I went there with my family and I had few things to be taken care of with more than one account. I was being helped by an African-American guy at first, the other counter was vacant so I sent my sister on the other side to take care of a withdrawal.The lady(Caucasian) who helped my sister was saying "what's going on" to the person who was helping me time and again, and also she passed on comment like "they even don't have idea what they are doing" to her coworker. I felt really bad and sad hearing such from someone who serves many people from the same community (Nepali). I hope this is not the same with everyone. I hope my feedback makes a difference and helps Td Bank serve better. Thank you.

ATM door doesn't lock, so two stars off. BUT, it was 32 degrees fahrenheit last night and it was super warm in the foyer with the ATM. Takes bills, not envelopes. What else is there to it? Free pens.

Nice bank, friendly employees and it is convenient if you love in the area. It does have a walk in ATM.
