I purchased a white tarp at TCI as they were recommended by two friends for an outdoor hockey rink. After purchasing the $80 tarp and filling it for 12 hrs overnight....I arrived home and it leaked all in my yard, neighbors yard and driveway making a solid sheet of ice. After trying to make it right with them by buying salt I tried to get my money back for the tarp. I was told I could only get labor off my next purchase of a $300 tarp. Not very good customer service and I simply can’t afford to pay that much for a tarp. I will definitely be spreading the word to go somewhere else to all the hockey parents I know from my two kids hockey teams!
