Meetings were well laid out, ran as scheduled and provided meals were next level delish

Well, I've only worked here for a bit but there's a lot to see if you're visiting. The lobby had a convenience store and a Starbucks. To the side there's a nice Green space to eat lunch in. On the second floor there's some meeting rooms and a Sunterra, which is a good place for lunch.
this building is a head office of TransCanada pipelines. its a good building if you look from outside, and its also connected to +15, on the first floor you have Sunterra, and in the ground floor lobby you have Starbucks and one convenience store. I believe this building also has Japanese consulate where you can go for visa.
It has a good dock for deliveries has a simple loading dock but you have to block the road off to back into the dock as the turnplate is broken and the loading dock master is to strict about the 20 minute dock rule even if you need to make multiple trips for your delivery other then that deliverys here are a breeze
