TBT Engineering (TBTE) and its predecessors have been serving our customers since 1968. Since reorganization in 1995, TBTE has strategically grown every year.
In 1995, the company started with two employees. We now employ as many as 150 professional and technical staff, with over 100 of our staff being full time.
While we continue to grow organically through new customers, we are also continuing to expand the range of services that we offer. This is in line with our ultimate goal of become our client’s one-stop-shop for all things engineering related – and otherwise! Whether you’re a public organization that needs a highway built, or a private individual that needs consultation on a personal project, we can help!
TBT Engineering has expanded its First Nations presence with the formulation of a First Nations owned company called Ozaanaman Engineering. This company provides opportunities to go beyond consultation to meaningful improvements and development with community engagement throughout the process.
In addition to Ozaanaman Engineering, TBT Engineering is also very proud of the business partnerships created to date with various First Nations communities across Ontario.
TBT Engineering is comprised of a team of highly skilled technical and professional staff dedicated to providing quality services on a wide range of projects through planning, design, investigation, and construction phases.
We believe experts CAN come from the North! The company is licensed from Ontario to British Columbia and north through Nunavut and the territories.
We have employees that have worked throughout the world and have made Northern Ontario home and employees from Northern Ontario who work in their communities outside the region. All aspects of our work include ensuring the health and safety of our workers, clients and the public.
