Waited nearly an hour for a taxi. The first one couldn't find the right address, despite it being the largest bus stop in the city, and decided to cancel the taxi, telling me that "I missed my taxi." I called another, waited another 30 minutes, to get a driver with a dirty, smelly car with trash in the backseat. It would've been faster to walk.
Whats the point of having a taxi company if you cant even answer to your costumers, I called countless times during the day it was around 15h, so it wasnt late at night or anything and I got no answers from anyone . I even waited an hour to try again, on case they were just really busy . I ended up taking the bus and to my great surprise, I saw a taxi passing in front of me, meaning that the place was indeed open .
I had the cab at my door in under 10 mins, the driver was very nice and only needed to know I was going to Best Buy, which I had a hard time finding my vaccine passport, and he offered to go in and buy it for me! Overall great English service as well as good services overall, I don’t believe it deserves the 2 star review, that it currently has. 5/5 in my opinion, everything you expect out of a truly competent driver.
I waited 30 mins for a cab to learn afterwards that they picked up someone else. They said they would send one in priority, I said to not bother as I saw a client at my work wait for over 90 mins for his. The service is okay at certain times but awful at most. Taking the city bus is faster and cheaper is most cases, even walking is faster sometimes. I had okay service before but terrible lately. Thank you for wasting my time. And the dispatch service is no longer local. Once, the driver didn't start the meter and estimated the fare and he turned on the wrong way on a one way street. If I didn't had stuff in the taxi's trunk i just would have ran away without paying.
I waited 1h since 3:00 in the middle of a weekday. I called back once and the lady told me that it would come soon but she couldn’t give me a estimate for the next taxi arrival. It still hasn’t arrived. Update it has arrived after 1h20 of wait time. If I could give -1 star I would.
When calling you usually get nice people, the taxi drivers are usually also nice, but today one of the employees just hung up on me, and was being fairly rude to begin with, giving a two star just because I usually get nice people but someone must have woken up on the wrong side of the bed today
The service has been absolutely terrible, as of late. Twice in the span of a week my reservation were cancelled ahead of the time. When calling and and indicating the issues, the customers service representatives do no care at all. They refuse to provide any estimated wait time, which when your trying to plan makes its completely useless as a transportation services.
Worst taxi experience ever! AFTER arriving to our destination we were visiting an apartment and the real estate agent was waiting outside, the taxi driver casually informs us that the interact / credit card machine is broken. Surprised, as we have been taking taxis in Sherbrooke for the past 2 weeks , we ask if it's possible to pay via e-transfer. The driver says yes and we proceed to send the e-transfer while informing the driver of a delay with our bank of around 15 minutes. After this, the driver starts trying to prevent us from visiting the property and starts causing a scene in front of the real estate agent, because he wanted the money right away. We showed him that the e-transfer was sent on the phone and I explained that there's nothing I could do and that my bank has e-transfer delays. He caused a scene for the entirety of the apartment visit and proceeded to speed away while saying that we are thieves.. 10 minutes later, I get a notification that the e-transfer was accepted by the driver. Terrible terrible experience. I would rate this driver 1 .
If there was a way to give less than 1 star I would.. Noone answers the line - website says 24hour "fast service". I downloaded the app they state on their website...the app's been saying "dispatching" for over an hour with no details ... Been trying to call the taxi back and the line just goes dead Awful service. Awful company.
Taxi driver stops in the middle of the streets and just yells "well come on, get in". Open is hand just saying "tip". Very rude and unpleasant. My friend forgot her phone in the car, which granted is our fault, but the companies just told us, even thought it had been 3min " We can do anything for you, he's too far away, take care of it yourselves, also we can only give it to you on Monday". My friend was leaving Sunday. You are better to walk to your destination than to deal with such unprofessional, rude and unhelpful services, trust me. that 1.9 star review is not for nothing. And before long it will probably drop to 1 star
