Left my wallet in the car, they we're well versed and familiar with who was on duty and had it returned to my resort within 15 minutes. They have taken care of my group from the minute we were arrived.

Worst service EVER. Between the person on the phone hanging up on us, to the taxi driver being so rude, not listening to address or instructions and yelling at us. So disgusting. Never ever in my life experienced service like this and I am from sydney - the town of bad taxi service. Disgusting service and I wish it this review would make a difference but it won’t because there are like 2 taxi in Banff WORST SERVICE EVER - edit - called and spoke to them - instead of saying sorry they then argued with the complaint - did not even get a sorry - was such a horrible conversation and reflection of them as a business. Sadly they will stay in business just to demand.

Customer support is absolutely revolting. The contact administrator was an absolute bully. I reccomend you contact elsewhere because the contact support is absolutely horrid.. I promise you will be satisfied with another taxi service.

I am a Local Banff Resident and took a Taxi this morning to go back to my house. I got to tell you... The Taxi driver (I dont know his name but he had a picture of his cat on the visor)first of all The taxi smell really clean and the driver smell like getting out of a shower LOL I couldnt been more please. All the way to middle spring a Deer Jump on the front of us But the driver was very alert and quickly avoided the deer. I felt really safe in his taxi and finally got home safely. I think he is french man but not too sure as he is was very quiet and extremely polite But for sure he had a picture of his cat in his Taxi. Thank You for the safe ride . More taxi driver should be like him Especially in Calgary where my experiences haven't been the greatest . Thank You Ryan and Sara
