My friend and I were in a major rush to get to the train station and not only did the guy come really early catching us by surprise but when we went in for 1 minute less to put on our coats and boots when we got out of the house about to get in the taxi he left making us almost late to the Montreal Canadians. Would recommend to somebody I dislike!
Called for taxi 6:47am no cars got the run around from staff. Unbelievable disgusting company they are useless disrespect and a big fat zero customer service!!! Please people don’t use them!!! I had very bad experience with them more than once unfortunately as you can read most reviews are bad!!! I encourageUber usage all the way!!! Good job Uber keep it going!!
The rudest employees I’ve ever seen. This is your job and if it makes their life that miserable they should just quit. Re-evaluate ALL your employees or don’t question why uber is taking all your money. Horrible company.

Called 12hrs in advance to book for the airport in the morning. Driver never showed up, company couldn’t accomodate.

Waited 30+ minutes with no warning that it would take that long. Thankfully there was an uber close by. I won't be calling here for a taxi.
