The person that answers the phone is extremely incompetent and rude. He obviously hates his job! I called to follow up on the taxi I ordered and he hang up on me and the taxi never came!

This taxi company is a joke. All I can say is good luck if you are trying to get a ride in mont tremblant. We waited 5 hours outside Saturday night for this company and couldn't even get an answer from them!! Their dispatch told us to drive instead (after finding out we had been drinking) believe it or not!! 1 star is being generous for a garbage company like this. UBER NEEDS TO COME TO MONT TREMBLANT TO SHOW YOU GUYS WHAT SERVICE IS!!

Had to create this account to make this comment. Waited 1 1/2 to get a cab, it never came. When we called back, they rudely dismissed us. Just awful stuff.

The operator for this company told us to wait 15 minutes for a cab downtown tremblant. We have been waiting 2 hours to get home. I have contacted the company again and told them we were still waiting and the operator laughed at my situation and would not speak to me appropriately. I am very disappointed in the manipulation and rudeness of this awful company.
