Horrible service when you call. Will just hang up on you if you speak English. Too bad the call centre people are so rude and mean, the drivers are ok.

Took it 3 times and never had an issue. Always on time (I didn't call on busy days)

Every single time I board one of their taxi, there is an issue. 1) Almost all of them are dirty and smelly. 2) Their drivers are not trained for non-standard situations: I had a coupon that allows me to ride their taxi cabs anywhere in town and the driver almost called the police for not knowing that and ordering me to pay with money. I recommend to go anywhere with Uber, of course.
