Tony arrived quickly to give us a quote on roof replacement and the job was done the following week. I was very happy with his prompt attention, especially since it was a smaller job. Tony was responsive, answered all of my questions, and his pricing was very fair. His crew were also great - professional and respectful. I have every confidence that Tony is a true expert in his field and as such I would be happy to recommend Taves for anyone's roofing needs.

Called them to fix a leak in the roof. They did a patch, but the leak continued. Phoned, they said they'd come back... never did, even after a few calls. They cashed my cheque anyway.

I had an excellent experience with Taves Roofing in every way, from the reception, to the estimate process to the roofing installation and the final product. Our home looks so much better, and I have full confidence that it can withstand many rough Vancouver winters. I had been told that roofers could be a bit... sketchy... but this was not my experience. Everyone that I deal with was extremely courteous and friendly. I should also note that the team worked very hard to meet a tight timeline and this was much appreciated.

We had our house and garage reroofed this spring, and so far are very happy with the quality of the work - we've had a few hard rain storms since, with no leaks. Tony always kept his commitments, and had several suggestions on how to tailor the job to our specific circumstances. The crew cleaned up after themselves every day, were polite and professional, and kept their appointments. They even showed up on a Saturday after they had fallen behind the day before due to an illness. We're satisfied with the work Taves Roofing did and would be happy to recommend them.
