The food was delicious, the service was excellent and the restaurant's decor is divine. If you like Indian cuisine at it's best, I highly suggest you schedule a visit with family and friends to Tasty Indian Bistro. You will be looking forward to more visits.
We've visited the Surrey location several times and always enjoyed our experience. I think this location is well on its way. With a bit more experience, I think the staff will vibe more and give a better energy. Our server, Natasha, was very attentive and pleasant. The food was very good. We went for lunch, so we only got a couple of things, but we look forward to coming again for dinner soon.
After experiencing their other locations, I decided to try takeout this time from here, and clearly say Tasty’s never disappointed me anytime! I ordered the fries, tasty tacos, and garden noodles, and everything was as delicious as expected. The fries were perfectly crispy, the tacos packed with bold flavors, and the garden noodles were fresh and delightful. Love to say that they always maintain the same high standards across all their locations.nnManagers at that moment were fantastic, making the takeout process smooth and ensuring everything was prepared to perfection.nEagerly waiting for the opening of dine-in to come with my friends !!
I ordered take out to see how tasty, Tasty Indian is. Got butter chicken, plain rice, and a triple pistachio cake. The butter chicken tasted more like a chicken korma, and the cake is supposed to be layered, I feel like they purposely cheaped out on it. $16 for a round puck of cake is absurd, although it did taste very nice and decorated cutely, it is hardly worth ordering again. Butter chicken has a decent amount of chicken in it, but it felt like it was cooked a few hours ago, and a thick sauce too but it was insanely creamed up and lacked tomato. Don't get me wrong, it tasted very good for what it was, but I was hoping for a butter chicken not a korma? When I took the food out of the bag my coworkers laughed at the cake and at me for ordering such a dumb thing. We all had a sample and agreed that this isn't the place to order Indian food in town. Might try dine in, but with this impression it may be a few years before we do. The interior looks very nice and they put a lot of effort into it, but it's not enough to warrant the spending. Also, please consider using fresher garnish, or none at all, on the rice. With the heat and moisture in the takeout container it makes the green garnish look like they're old, limp, and depressed.
