So good! My cabbage roll and perogie dinner fed me for two meals! You can also get frozen ones to take home!
This may be a total hole in the wall, certainly not a dine in restaurant either. But the perogies and cabbage rolls are spectacular. Call ahead and pre order or walk in and place your order. It is cash only but the prices are super reasonable for authentic home cooked Polish cuisine. No disappointments here!
Got pickup was not advised until I got there that it was cash only luckily my friend had cash and we could pay I never carry cash and was planning on using interac or credit card. Salad was pre-dressed and had too much dressing on it. Cabbage rolls and pierogies were good along with the pork schnitzel. They only had two pork schnitzel available when I called so they gave 1 chicken in lieu of the pork but I had to pay. They give you two scoops of mashed potatoes which I do not think is necessary when you're already eating pierogies as a starch. First time there but was not overly impressed.
Absolutely wonderful food! All food is carefully homemade. My son loves their pierogies & I their cabbage rolls. Their cabbage rolls are stuffed with meat. Offers delivery service. Excellent personal service. Love, love this place!!
Thanks google maps for helping me find places like this! Giving it a 4 cause of the menu pricing seems to change. One price on the board, one on the website and one at the cash register. But the food is fresh, generous and delicious, had the cabbage roll and perogi combo. Gabbage rolls were awesome! Gonna try the cutlets next!
Always craving Taste of Poland! Great home style food and large portions. Their pierogies are the best I've ever tasted! I order through skip the dishes and any time there is a wait, they give me a call and often throw in extra pierogies for the wait.
Just ordered 2 schnitzel dinners with 2 cabbage rolls through skip the dishes. Food was here in an hour. It was absolutely delicious. Real comfort food definitely will be eating again and again.
Place is filthy. Sign say in large print $7.99 for a meal, in small print it says $13.99. There are no drinks for sale. They cannot make change register is empty. Food is warmed in microwave. Cabbage rolls are filled with sticky, grey, meat. Covered in ragu sauce. Worst restaurant experience of my life.
Love the taste of Poland, fresh food, generous servings, you try the cabbage roll and perogi combo. gave only 4 stars becuase prices are not consistent, keep changing and can be confusing.
Absolutely loved the Pierogies! If I get a craving for pierogies, I will go there. I wouldn't recommend anything else.. We ordered the Combination Dinner Cabbage rolls, Pierogies, and mashed potatoes and a Chicken Cutlet. Besides the pierogies, the food was bland and not very flavourful. The staff was very friendly and nice.
