I had a craving for authentic Indian food again and so I decided to try this restaurant again. I'm soo happy I did. The food was even more delicious than last time and the portion sizes were great. The butter chicken was incredible, the tandoori chicken was tender and full of flavour and the chana masala was fantastic. I'll be making this a regular restaurant to visit from now on!!
Ordered the lamb vindaloo. Perfectly spiced, yet quite oily. Over-portioned rice to main dish ratio. It was ok. Not bad for trying the first time, not sure if I’d go back though.
Ordered the chicken kabab and shrimp curry with rice. Great taste with a moderate amount of spice. Could use more rice on the side than usually given. Overall it is worth the price and definitely to be tried again.
I ordered before I saw the recent reviews and was wondering how much I would enjoy it after reading them. My experience? It was delicious! I ordered chicken korma with rice, and garlic nann bread and I would definitely order again. Good portion size, reasonably priced and enjoyed the flavour a lot.
My stepmom and I came here for dinner and it was fantastic. Not only are the meals delicious, but they are priced well and have generous portion sizes. We will definitely be back in the future for more!
They should work on a consistent food quality. It tastes different every time. Their tandoori Roti is really good.Food: 3/5
First time eating here, my naan bread was burnt but either than that my dish was pretty good. Quite a few vegetarian options. Prices are a bit on the steeper end in my opinion.
Such a great taste walking distance from campus. Nice interior and seating good for small or large groups.
This place used to be a 5 star. Tonight's meal isn't even a 1 star. Stick with the good Indian spots such as Eastern flavors or India 47. Employee on phone said main chef wasn't working. Offered to replace but why replace a bad meal with another bad meal. Don't cheap out on Indian. Learned our lesson. BTW how do you make butter chicken dry???
I used to love this place, new owners have made some questionable decisions… I only got vindaloo and was able to get it mild. The guy on the phone said there is no way he can make it mild, just severely spicy… Only bright side is their packaging is better lol.
