We were really surprised to have such a bad experience considering the positive reviews. The waitress didn't write down our order and returned for questions twice. It was a simple order of 2 things on their menu with no modifications. When we received our order, it was wrong one of our items should have had hard shell tacos and had soft shell tortillas, another should have been corn tortillas but we were given flour tortillas. The food was mediocre. They ran out of steak strips and provided steak pieces instead, which we're very fatty. The rice and beans were not very tasty. My husband said the carnitas was very bland. When it was time to pay, the waitress asked us what we had and we told her. Then she asked again 2 more times before giving us the total and taking our card. When we left, we saw the grilled steak plate was $2.50 more than it said on the menu. Overall, just a really bad experience.
I was working in Forks, WA and had a chance to try the Chicken Fajitas, they have a fresh salsa bar with many different salsa options. The food was good and tasty. The only thing I didn't like was that one day they charged me one price and another day a different price for the same thing.
Very fresh and flavorful. Everything seems so lovingly made. Fresh tortillas and salsa, real cotija cheese. The adobada pork was insanely delicious!
I don’t enjoy writing poor reviews, but in this case I feel it to be necessary due to health safety concerns. My boyfriend and I stopped in early Saturday evening on our way back to our AirBnB. As soon as we walked in, I definitely wasn’t expecting a good experience given the atmosphere of the place. It was outdated, dingy, and overall pretty depressing. I didn’t eat which ended up working in my favor, but he ended up ordering 2 tacos. The tacos arrived at the table and looked sadder than any tacos we’ve ever seen. 2 flimsy, steamed tortillas each with a pile of pale-colored meat on top. The options for toppings were very limited and he had to do it himself at the self-serve salsa “bar”. Halfway into the chicken taco and he spit out a piece of bone. He reluctantly ate the second one, which he since regrets, and we left. Come nighttime, and he’s got a moderate bout of food poisoning. Nausea, vomiting, feverish, etc. which continued through the night and he still hasn’t gotten much better. So, for health safety reasons, I would strongly advise against eating here.
Amazingly accommodating for such a small place, corn tortillas are not gf but the chef was kind enough to make a batch without wheat!!! The food was great too! Dont let the size and state of the furniture scare you, the food was great and if your in forks its well worth the stop for lunch.
Nice little restaurant. Food was pretty good and cheap, would come back if I have the option to!Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: YesDelivery: No
The food is so good, fresh tortillas and homemade salsa. We had a taco bowl and the enchiladas. I would definitely recommend this place.
The BEST tacos I have ever had! house made tortillas and their house made pineapple salsa is so good as well as the other ones they make fresh. I highly recommend this place.
Assuming there's a new Google page up because they had bad reviews before. Place was dirty, staff didn't care, multiple health violations, children with their hair down running to the back and hanging out in the food service area. Food wasn't very good, it was cold, bland and overpriced. Not the worst place I've been, but wouldn't recommend to anyone.
Try this place out!!! Best Mexican restaurant I've tried out here.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: Yes
