Taproot is the best vegan friendly restaurant in Salem. I have tried breakfasts and dinners and the food is always fantastic. The service is great and they make a mean Lemon Drop! I highly, highly recommend Taproot. It is best to go in the early evening as they do have live music probably not during Covid and it can get quite loud!
Really tasty food with a twist on traditional bar food. And Miranda is super sweet and oh so helpful. Loved my deep fried avocado tacos! Thanks Miranda! So yummy and a must try! Love the outdoor seating during COVID-19 too. We’ll be back!
Really good food the pulled pork sandwich was amazing. The reason I'm giving it 3 stars is the fact that I asked for a beer after I've had 2 within an hour and I was told I could have one. Not sure if it has to do with covid. Post covid was a great place to come have a few and hang out now not so much.

I haven't been in this place since it was Weber's. Clean and following Covid-19 protocols. Friendly staff, great portion sizes. I had the nachos with pork, ot was more than expected but gave it a shot. I forgot to take pics prior to eating so you get ti see the mayhem that was the food. Gracias

Cool place with good food. My bowl had bits of crunchy rice, so I was a bit disappointed by that. The food and friendly service were both very good.
This is for the breakfast I had 2/6 around 10 am. Good portion and quality of food. Proper poached egg and good service. Don't know about any other times, but the cook @. 10am knew what he or she was doing.
I had the kalbi tacos. They were AMAZING!! Some of the best tacos I've ever had. It was also great to have individual tables under their own tent. Awesome food, great atmosphere, HIGHLY recommend.
