Darren makes the best pepperoni around. Hands down best game sausage in the province. I've been 4 years in a row and when I drop off a animal, I know I'm getting back what I dropped off and exactly what I ordered. Great communication so you know when your order is ready. Darren & Kim have an amazing shop with a wonderful selection of cuts to choose from. Their shop is extremely clean, their prices are competitive & Darren's pepperoni is to die for.

We drive over 3 hours each way to get to Tappen Valley Meats to get our game meat processed. He does an amazing job and is very professional.

Awesome custom meat cutting shop ! They do wild and domestic cutting to your spec's...and also make the best smokies...pepperoni...jerky...and sausages...both dinner and breakfast ! So many types and flavors of all the above ! They can also order,cut and wrap quarter,sides or whole Canadian AAA Angus beef !
