Very authentic! Food was amazing! I got the Gorgonzola Steak Pasta ! It was amazing! My boyfriend’s shrimp pastas was good too! Lots of big shrimp in it! We got a lobster crab ravioli sample for appetizer that was so good! They offer it as a dinner option as well! But if you want to try different things this is the way to go! Was a good date night! Would recommend!
This place was absolutely AMAZING! The atmosphere was great, we loved listening to the Italian music that played the entire time we were there, Frank Sinatra on the wall behind us was a nice touch, the food was fantastic, you can never go wrong with local Finger Lakes wines, plus everything we had felt like authentic Italian food. And the Italian cookies felt like something right out of my childhood. I loved them and so did my mother and grandmother when I took some back to them. My grandmother reminisced about how she used to make several of the types of cookies for us when we were kids. We loved it! I can't recommend this place enough. We'll be back!
The greeter and server were very friendly and welcoming. It’s a nice place to get Italian food and just sit back. Between a few options that I was choosing from, the server said the Fettuccine Fruitta de Mar or Rigatoni bolognese were popular choice among regulars. I went with the fettuccine fruitta de mar and it was really good. Delicious! The shrimp scampi and linguine in clam sauce that my parents got were ok but not great. I think I would come back for the fettuccine fruitta de mar and to try the rigatoni Bolognese. Their mussels appetizer was very good too.
I decided to dine-in last night 11/9 for an impromptu dinner with my wife and a couple of friends. The atmosphere is quite welcoming albeit a rather large photo behind the hostess counter - assuming the owner/wife? upon entering with a feeling of warmth and comfortability. Warm lighting, warm wood features, and friendly faces abound the restaurant. We were seated quickly. The manager was very courteous and accommodating. Our server was attentive and genuinely kind. For dinner I had the special. It was fabulous! Not too dry and presented with a flare one would expect given the energy and atmospheric vibe. Warm, sliced, Italian bread is served prior to menu choosing, along with olive oil and Italian seasoning. I ordered the charcuterie board, and although a tasty treat and wonderful presentation, might I suggest smaller slices of the ham choices? It seems intrusive to offer half-moon mozzarella and salami only to throw quad-foldable slices of deli ham on the board as if to say "we don't have time to slice the ham". Perhaps an oversight and not a normal presentation, but worth noting nonetheless. Also, we enjoyed a few drinks to cap off the night and they were all made perfectly! I would absolutely consider dining here again, and again. It's a local favorite and during this world of uncertainty I strongly encourage you as the reader, to consider supporting local and dining here as well.
Food was good , on the other had the service sucked . We went there for a night out to have dinner I was offered 1 soda the whole time I was there my wife had 1 glass of water never were we asked if we wanted a refill. And our drinks were gone before our food came out we seen out waitress 4 time the first was to get our drink order the second was to take our order the third was to bring us food and the forth was when I went to the hostess and asked for our bill because our waitress really didn’t care about her customers when we asked for a to go box she took all the food and put it in one small box and mixed it all together the box was like a sandwich sized to go box it will not be my first choice of places to go next time and I will make sure I don’t have that waitress if I decide to go back when I asked for a manager I was told she was eating with her husband
Our waitress was amazing. We had a table of 14 and she handled us with ease. The food was top notch as well. Recommend for special occasion or nice intimate evening.Food: 5/5
Nice place. Fish fry didn’t have slaw or malt vinegar. Fries and fish were good. I don’t eat Mac and cheese. Some other choices would be nice. Looking forward to coming on a Saturday night.
Great Italian food but ask for a food recommendation, whenever I order something that's more typical like alfredo or penne vodka It's not near as good as what ever the special for the night might be. I personally Enjoy the food at Louie's across the street more, but both do different things better, try the, both!
