Tania Salvo

Just a really magical experience over at Tania Salvo. Unique and thoughtful, restrained and yet forceful all at the same time. Wonderfully conceived menu items with a real attention to detail and diner experience in mind.

A unique experience. Tania Salvo's seems like just another suburban home but after google maps insistence that it's a restaurant I thought I'd try it out. The food was great but only the family dog was there to greet me so I can't give it five stars. It seems to be a serve yourself buffet in what looks like an ordinary kitchen, very homey. Prices weren't written anywhere so I hope I left enough for my dish and the tip.

Great food. Excellent ambiance. There was some serious confusion at first because it seemed as though they didn't know they were a restaurant, but after some direction to this entry on Google Maps, it was clear that they had to invite us in to eat. That snafu brought this review down by 1 star, but overall the Salvo's are a nice family with a food experience that really feels like you're eating in someone else's home.
