Lucky to find a jean I was looking for the brand is Lucky Brand, literally. It would be benefitial to add another tag informing he type of waist rise cause not every pants tell you if it's high-rise or not.
Last night, Friday at around 8:40 p.m., I went to this store with my daughter to return a clothing item that didn't fit her. While we were there, we witnessed something very concerning: the store manager was speaking to the employees in a very disrespectful and demeaning way. It was clear that the staff were simply doing their jobs, yet they were being mistreated in front of customers.nThis kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially coming from someone in a leadership position. A manager is supposed to support and guide their team, not belittle them. The way this woman spoke to her staff was uncomfortable to witness and left a very negative impression of the store environment.nNo employee deserves to be treated like that, and honestly, someone who behaves this way should not be in a managerial role.
Talize has gone the way of Value Village. Extremely overpriced items. You won't find much clothing under 10$ now except accessories like hats, ties, scarfs etc. Shoes even without shoelaces are 14$ plus. Ridiculous. Not much thrifty in thrifting at these big chains anymore. And what are they dealing with, food price inflation? It's all donated and I'm not thinking they've doubled workers' salaries or anything. Only leg up on VV is organization and cleanliness of store. They also have daily half price sections as well as change rooms. Only worth it now to buy at half price really but you won't be able to use a 5$ off coupon with half price items, of course. Photos were taken on March 2, 2024.
Why are these prices so high? Every t- shirt is 10$ or more. Many items are over 30$ This is no longer a way to save money. Don't they get these items for free? I don't like rotating tag sales because it reduces what you could get on sale dramatically.nnIm glad they still have change rooms but this feels extremely profit driven
I don't normally leave reviews but the prices at this store are shocking. They're charging almost $10 for a shirt that is FALLING APART! Ridiculous... It makes more sense to go buy brand new for LESS money! To charge such exorbitant prices for donated /second hand and practically worn-out items is unforgiveable. I will neither return nor donate to this store, as I do not wish to support corporate greed.
