Steve and the team were great to work with - answered questions about the process for doing my garage floor, were very helpful and even offered a couple of color choices not in their normal palette. Having the garage floor done makes a huge difference to the house - the garage is no longer a dirty dusty floor - its clean and most importantly easy to keep clean as you can rise it out to keep it spotless. In contrast to a lot of other companies who want to come and sell you with pressure in a face to face meeting Steve as a delight to do business with. Questions were answered, quotes provided and they rely on quality of their work and product rather than pressure sales techniques to win your business. Prices are competitive with the other guys too, so you are getting a better quality product at the same prices. Overall I have a great experience working with Steve, nice crew and Steve came round during the job to make sure everything was going well. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
When we decided to Reno our garage, following in the footsteps of my wife’s cousins, we called Steve, because Steve and the ‘boys’ had done such a good job for them. We were not disappointed! Steve is a superior leader of this outstanding group and runs a tight ship. The guys would arrive at convenient times for us. They minimized my work by storing our garage contents on their site. Each of the boys was polite, professional , and respectful. Shout out to Santo, Mike, Joe , Matthew and Tavis who were great. We are pleased with our decision to use Tailored Living and recommend them highly and without reservation.
