This is a great experience! You will have a chance to see whales of all sorts, porpoises, seals, and seabirds. And the Zodiac boat is comfortable and you can stay as dry and warm as you'd like if you keep your window closed. There's also plenty of room to stand on the back of the ship if you want a clear view of the whole water around you. I'd still recommend bringing a sweater or jacket. The guides are really knowledgeable and will answer all your questions.
Best whale-watching experience in Tadoussac! The captain and crew are friendly, passionate and knowledgeable, The boat is comfortable and egalitarian. We went twice we enjoyed it so much.
My husband and I enjoyed this experience because the biologist guide Renaud sp? was so charming and passionate about the whales and marine life. The boat was the perfect size and comfortable. Everyone on board was excited when we came close to minke and beluga whales, harbor porpoises, and seals. Even Renault pulled out his professional zoom camera, and that sort of excitement is contagious. I liked that this captain and guide pulled far away from the shore to search out a whole pod of belugas while many of the other boats remained close to shore for the sure-thing minkes. They were happy to conduct the tour in French and English. Two thumbs up! Merci to the crew.
Superbe experience authentique et à taille humaine. Le Capitaine connait la region et le guide biologiste Valentin partage généreusement ses connaissances. Stunning and genuine human sized experience. The captain knows perfectly the place and Valentin, the biologist and guide shares generously his knowledge. I can't recommend more you won't be disapointed, load your batteries you will have loads of beautiful images.
Excellent trip. The captain did a terrific job finding whales in the fog.
Such a memorable experience! Tristan did an amazing job bringing us right to where there were humpback whales. We even saw seals, orcas, and penguins. The boat is super comfortable; fitted with airplane seats and a cover overhead. All windows were open and it wasn't too windy. Will definitely book again.
Our family really liked the covered Zodiac with the comfortable seats. The captain did a great job explaining stuff and interacting with us. We spotted whales at least 30+ times with even some sightings just 20 meters or less off the boat.
We did the whale watching tour and it was incredible! Our guide was super friendly and knowledgeable of the area. This is the only locally operated company and it showed. Seeing the whales are not guaranteed but their expertise of the area led to some spectacular views of humpback and beluga whales. Definitely worth it, the area is absolutely beautiful.
The fog burned off and we had an incredible whale-watching tour! Humpback, fin, and minke whales, as well as lots of seals and birds. Comfortable boat with lots of space to move around. Our guide Yoan was very knowledgeable!
The cruise was amazing! We had the opportunity to see many many whales, some came by really close to the boat! It was an amazing experience and our guide/captain was super nice and explained everything in both French and English
