Their service and skills are terrible.nAlthough there is crowded with customers every weekends, many people have experienced their rude customer service.nmy son changed racquet strings. But they gave him a cracked racket. They demanded money without any sorry. His response was even more shocking. because it was a cheap Chinese product that could not handle the tension, and recommended that I buy a racket that cost more than $300. It is $140 racket that my son bought at Sportscheck. They also cracked my son’s heart If they do not change their mind for customers as fools, never come again.I strongly recommend other shops.
Excellent and helpful staff. Went in for a tennis racquet and had it strung on the spot. It was closing time, so again, thank you to the staff for accommodating and the super service.
Amazing!! Bought a racket in-person and they strung it on the spot! It only took 40 minutes I expected at least 1-2 days! The most incredible part is that they gave me a free grip and cushion wrap. Will definitely recommend, and will come again.
First time buying from Tad's was a positive experience. Service was professional and friendly.nI purchased online a Yonex percept H. I'm very happy with the stringing service 55lbs in the mains and 52 in the cross. They nailed it!nEven though it's a heavier racquet it help me return powerful shots. It's a control racquet with good spin. Overall I would recommend this store even if your' not living Province BC.
Awesome shop, everything is top notch, they have excellent quality products for tennis and pickleball and today I had great deal for Yonex man’s shoes.nAlso if you want to tune up your racquet just make appointment and it’s going to be stringed on nI highly recommend this Tad’s shop.
