Mexi fries delux were so soggy and coated with sour cream. They had no cheese sauce on them, they they also had a weird white sauce on the bottom. Tasted like they been sitting all day. Tacos had no toppings and that's just so ridiculous. Would not recommend taco time Sylvan lake and will never go back. The cook today ruined taco time for us. I called and tried to get a refund but was only offered a remake. But I'm at hom, like I want to driveall the way back just to get the same quality food. The girl who answered the phone was really nice and tried to help me so I'm adding a star because of that.
I was doing skip the dishes when I hit the curb and didnt notice a very high pile of snow. I was stuck. I knock the the DT window and Tina was there. I asked for help. Without a word, Tina and Shaun help me. They were so nice. And never give up until my car is good to go. I must say this is a very extra ordinary excellent service. I am very thankful to the two of them.
15.90$ for a quesadilla . And this is what I get? Shameful . Absolutely shameful.
Got 2 burritos. The ground beef was absolutely flavorless. The guy at the window was stoned out of his gourd. I had to add this after I received a reply to my original post. Including my post, 99% of the posts are of a negative experience, and all have a response expressing concern, and a determination to provide the best customer experience possible. These posts and replies cover over 2 freaking years!!! Of negative experience posts!! Of replies that they care about correcting deficiencies! But it's nothing but lip service from management. Nothing gets better at this location,cuz theres no one that's in control that cares. They just pretend they do. Save your money people.
My wife found a 3 inch piece of STRING in her taco salad. Left a voicemail to the manager, but didn't receive a call back. So DISGUSTING

Save your money and go somewhere else. The size of their burritos are half of what they used to be
The mexi fries were soooo cold I will never come back to this location I was so disappointed. How hard is it to screw up mexi fries c'mon taco time girls. I just deleted a great review I previously wrote to replace it with this sad review.
