Yesterday I had the pleasure of trying Tacos Jalisco Food Truck in Oskaloosa, Iowa and I have to say, it was one of the best authentic meals I've had in a long time! The food truck had a great vibe and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Now let's talk about the food - WOW! The tacos were absolutely delicious and packed with flavor. The meat was tender and cooked to perfection, and the toppings were fresh and tasty. The salsa was a standout for me - it was the perfect balance of spicy and flavorful. The carne asada quesadilla was massive and filled us to the brim! Highly recommended!!!! I also appreciated the reasonable prices and the convenience of the food truck location. It was easy to grab a quick bite on the go, and I left feeling satisfied and happy after eating our food on site and having great conversation with another business owner from the local community. Amazing food quality and excellent prices! You can also message a head of time. Like I have a 30 min lunch. And I don't always have time to wait and then eat. So I would message an hour before or whatever and they would have it ready for me when I arrive. They are also very nice and they make it right if something goes wrongFood: 5/5

The food is excellent! We always get the chicken quesadillas and my nephew gets the steak burrito - it is huge and very tasty! Friendly owners are patient with questions too!

Quality has changed last visit i had ordered a burrito and was made way too salty it overwelmed the entire meal second thoughts about returning again use to be quick and good service changed as well
