Great, authentic tacos. Full of flavor and so much variety for a truck location. They even have horchata! Tortas are huge and taste amazing. Al pastor is so good. The salsa is homemade and the produce is top quality. Stopped here for lunch on our way to ocean shores. Saved to the map for future pit stops!

When I ordered a plate of Green Enchiladas, the chicken was generous but the Beans were NOT even warm! I was not pleased about that.
California Tacos is still the Food truck yardstick in Olympia. The Lacey truck is in a great location right outside Fred Meyers with a nice park setting at the back of the truck. Great food, location and price.
Best Authentic Mexican Food around, the steak Mulitas and Sopas are amazing and the Cubanas are big enough to feed two, Also try the handmade Horchata, it's delicious!
