We decided to stop by for a quick taco. It was mid-afternoon so it wasn't too busy but I must say the tacos were fantastic . I had to beat a taco and the taco with pork and pineapple both tacos were fantastic. The pork and pineapple was a nice mix. Washed it down with a nice Mexican Coke service was excellent as a beautiful young lady was very helpful and informative will definitely go back when I have a bigger appetite

We stopped by just to try the vegan options of tacos and were pleasantly surprised. The flavors were well balanced and the ingredients were fresh!!! We can't wait to see what more Chef Lanlo comes out with next!!! : Dietary restrictions: We had the new vegan tacos with pineapple and avocado.

I finally got to experience this delightful place in person and not just via takeout and my god, best tacos and nachos I’ve EVER had , just the right amount of spice I’m hella white so that says something, it was packed with flavour and I loved it !! The new chef is just incredible , cannot wait to go back again !!!Food: 5/5

I don’t know who wrote the lower star reviews… but they are lies! The food was amazing and I’ve tried every taco spot in the city including the popular GUS tacos. The tacos had super flavourful meat, juicy, and tender. The hot sauce packed a punch which I loved and had flavour too. The service was great easy-going and friendly and the food came out pretty quick. The overall atmosphere was very chill and “homey”. Not the stereotypical Toronto restaurant vibe these days which I enjoyed. Point is, if you’re looking for well priced delicious food like tacos, birria soup and a burrito this is your spot! Highly recommend checking them out especially if you’re close by.

The place had 1 customer. I was told 15 min for my two tacos to be ready. 30min later they finally serve my food. Food was very bland. If the food was good, then I wouldn't have written this review. Overall, I wouldn't come here again.Food: 1/5

I do not, for a second, believe any of the positive reviews. They must all be from friends of the owners. This was genuinely the worst meal I’ve had in many years. While it’s true that I’m a bit of a foodie, I’m also not that picky and I’ve never before left a 1 star review for a local establishment. We were so excited to try this place. We LOVE tacos and go to GUS all the time and were out for a date night and decided to give this place a try. The tacos were dry and tiny, the tortilla chips were stale, the caesar salad had wilted, slimy lettuce, Kraft dressing and seriously undercooked shrimp on it like… dangerous shrimp, and the wings were I don’t even know what to say…hilarious? Ridiculous? They were somehow both overcooked and undercooked, flavourless, tough, and had no sauce on them. And were served on a bed of yellow, wilted arugula. Like not fit for human consumption arugula. I asked for some BBQ sauce which was an option on the menu, and 20 minutes later never got any after being told the chef was ‘working on it’. How do you work on BBQ sauce?! It never showed up. Also, for $17 I only got 6 of the worst wings I’ve ever had. Frozen wings would have been better. The tacos were supposed to come with pico, but didn’t, and when we asked were told it was a mistake on the menu but we’d get some as a favour. What showed up was 90% onions. So to recap: small portions with terrible flavours, both undercooked and overcooked food, wilted vegetables, bizarre service. I will say that the guac was not bad, but the chips were so stale it was still hard to eat. Do not go here under any circumstances. Stay home and microwave some Old El Paso and you’ll be much happier. Or go to GUS, which is both far cheaper and infinitely superior. We paid $70 and were still hungry, even after the comped the guac, and ended up going down the street and getting pizza at Defina always amazing.
