Super friendly staff that anticipates your next need. The service at this Taco Time is far greater than you would expect from any fast food chain. The girls here are friendly, courteous, and do a wonderful job preparing the food. The restaurant itself is one of the cleanest I've seen. Keep up the amazing service!!
Friendly staff is always helpful. They grilled the burrito instead of using the microwave, so interesting touch. They were out of stock of the regular hot sauce. Lost one star on the bathroom which was in need of repair. The door knob was barely holding on and the TP dispenser was completely trashed.
Not a busy location so you won't wait long. However, the food is subpar! Not the same as other locations. I dont get why they cut corners to be faster when there is no customers waiting. Crustos have sugar dumper on top and nothing sticks to them because they are supposed to be warm and tossed in sugar not simply dumped on. What a waste! So much sugar in the bottom of the bag . I don't know how the owner afforded that kinds wastage.
The food is always fresh & tasty. BUT, every time I've ever been there, they forget something in my order. This time I pointed out a missing item, got in my car & there was another missing item. Edit: went again on April 29. Items forgot again. 4 out 4 times, things have been missing. Still yummy tho!!
This is one of the best taco times we have been to, they make the best burritos and their service is awesome. Neelam is super friendly and gives great customer service. Thanks for all the great food, we highly recommend stopping in for a tasty meal.
Heard this place was good but was mistaken. The burritos were cold, sad and mostly lettuce. Nachos.. I can't even say they were nachos. Same with the tatter tots. They were soggy, topless and the cheese was beyond watery and I don't even think it was cheese. The only good out of my order was the bottle pop and ice tea. You're better off making it yourself then trying this place. And before you say it's "taco time", I wouldn't have mind if one thing in my order was made poorly but everything was. Save your time by not going to taco time.

I had a terrible stomach ache after eating a taco. Their beef tasted funny and i thought it was the sauce. Needless to say I had to go home. The staff were terribly rude especially a young girl working there. When I told her I would report to the manager, she said I am the manager! Go ahead and try to report me to someone!
Clean restaurant with amazing customer service. The food was very fresh as well. Definitely recomend going there as everyone was so friendly and they make sure you enjoy your visit.
Best taco time in town. Yummy burritos and tacos. Excellent customer service. Will definitely go there again.
