So disgusted. One star is too many but Google doesn't allow a lesser option. Has the Dept of Health visited lately? Why are there people in the cooking area wearing tank tops, hair down, sandals, maybe hopefully? not even employees? So many violations. Food wasn't ready after ordering through their app, employee presented annoyed that we were wondering where the order was. To top it off - look at this nonsense! Tots added for scale.
I've only ever gone through the drive thru. They've got a whole new staff recently and it's awesome. Haven't messed up my order once. They're super friendly too! Gotta love how independent Washington state Taco Time is. The food is consistently good. Really great option when I'm running late getting home from work and don't want to cook. It's fast food, but it's not heavy or greasy. I can eat here without feeling gross.
The best Taco Time around! Great food and consistent. Had the chicken taco salad and it was fresh and crisp. The tacos they don't skip, they are fully loaded, the best around! Everyone that works here is friendly and makes for a great experience. Definitely a great stop!
Ownership has failed this place. There is no order in the back room, manager sitting outside smoking, employees that are not properly trained. I can't blame high school students for this, this is on ownership. Took nearly an hour for 3 cars, that's 20 mins per customer. And quality of food is way down. Sorry, but I do not want to discuss this with the review email, read this, and make the effort to fix this.
Whenever I visit Seattle I always need my Taco Time fix for the tot fries politically incorrect old name Mexi fries and crispy burritos. Ordered takeout and this time the tot fries did not have the normal seasoning did not have that normal taco time seasoning. Just tasted like salted tots the crispy beef & chicken burritos & soft chicken taco were good.
Terrible service. When we pulled into the drive-thru the person yelled "What do you want!" I paused for a minute and then another person yelled "order" I ordered 2 soft beef tacos - no tomato and the screen showed a combo meal. I told them that's not what I ordered and the first person said "can you repeat" and the second person yelled "well speak louder" I started again with 2 soft beef tacos - no tomato and the first person said " soft or crunchy". The screen still showed a combo meal. I was so frustrated I left. As I was leaving a girl came in and looked like she was taking over the drive-thru. I understand that the 2 people may not have known how to work the drive-thru, but the customer service was so rude. This was my first and last time I will try Taco Time.

Ordered a pinto bean burrito and a medium coke. I drive away and take a big sip of what I think is coke and is dr. Pepper and I’m highly allergic to artificial cherry flavoring then I go back and get my coke. Finally get back to work on my already limited lunch time and my burrito is beef instead of bean. They mess up my order every time and my receipt reflects the right items and the guy always working the window doesn’t care
Went to this location a few weeks back and the staff completely reversed my order choices, and when I asked to correct it, they just took the order to the back and brought it back out. I didn't take my food, but had the shift lead sign my receipt so I could come get a refund from the manager, everyone was slow and had zero customer service skills, off-putting and kind of rude. Only after I returned for the 3rd time did I get a refund, my order was for 36$ cash and I gave them 40 and said keep the change I was given a gift card instead. Checked the balance today, and it's ZERO $ Will be in contact with their Franchise owner, this is crazy.
Took a long time to get our food but the building was very nice.Recommended dishesBurrito
