Wow, first and last time for me, had the beef tacos, the beef was so dry it was like it had been sitting uncovered all day. Although the French fries were good.
Lots of uncooked rice mixed in cooked rice, so lots of crunchy rice when you're eating a burrito. Not all the crunchy stuff was rice, picked it apart and found hamburger fried till hard, looked like they scraped the grill and put it in the burrito. Yuck.
Personable staff. Food made fresh. Generous portions. Fun, imaginative decor.
