Our last To Go order was not only wrong, but it was obvious they were trying to stretch ingredients. Stop it, Taco John's! We lived in the South for 6 years and craved TJ's the entire time, but now that we're back home it feels like the quality has decreased. We took this last order back and they were very polite and replaced the food. Unfortunately, the order was STILL wrong.
I ordered the steak variety of the street tacos. This would have been a 5 had my tacos not come out cold. The tortilla was as if they just pulled it out of the fridge and the pico cheese and sauce together with the cold tortilla took all the heat from the meat. However, the flavor was great, a little strong on cilantro if you don't like cilantro. The cheese had a good flavor. Ole's and cheese dip were great as always.

Was picking up dinner and when we ordered I said I would like to have some Mexican donut bites and I never got them, buy they weren't in my bag or my receipt, I went in to order some no problem and the manager gave then too me for free, I offer to pay for them but he wouldn't let me he said it was his fault I didn't get them on my order, this made my day and I would definitely go back to this taco johns
Worst place I have ever eaten . Soggy tacos, meat was not even warm. Chicken tacos were like left over from days ago. Potato oles look like someone sat on them and not warm either. Just a terrible experience. Never eat at the one in Pella ever again
Wonderful job on offering reasonable prices for foods. Softshell tacos were awesome. I could substitute refried beans for potato ones. No problem in asking for 2 servings of pico de Gallo. Very tasty meal.
If I could give this no stars I would. We went to the drive thru and the checker was so incredibly rude. He kept talking over me, repeatedly said he couldn’t hear me, and he decided I was done ordering before I actually was. When I asked to add something he just gave a big sigh and continued talking over me. I’m sorry, if you work in customer service you should not be that rude. He has no place doing that job.
