We ordered a 6 pack and a pound for curbside pickup. After waiting for nearly an hour, I asked my wife to go through the drive thru. They gave us our food and off we went. No apology, nothing. If they are not going to fulfill what they promise, then don't advertise it.
The staff on hand for my visit to Morris were very friendly and helpful on Saturday September 22 after a college football game. They were attentive to what I was asking about the menu. The food was outstanding! I definitely LOVE the salsa bar at Taco Johns!! Bravo to this location!
Never got to try this place. Lights on fryers hot , doors locked, no answer. Staff in the back dumping trash. Waited in drive-thru for some one. This was at lunch time. Other customers tried to get in. Called store but no answer .
Never had a bad experience, the staff are always nice, the food is what you expect it to be
The drive-thru speaker is bad and hard to communicate with which makes it frustrating for me as a customer and the one taking the order and some of them can get pretty rude about it
God awful service. Took 20 minutes in the drive thru and multiple employees working. No hurry, even when there were 7 cars after me. No apology or anything. Nothing ordered was even a specialized order or anything.
Wast of money all of use got sick never going there again!
