Taco Del Mar

Excellent service, prompt, attentive, friendly. We arrived to find there was about 4 or 5 other tables with people. We sat down and by the time we ordered, the place was packed. Sign of good food and service for sure. The parking lot leaves something to be desired but usually you can find a couple spots. The menu is easy to read. They have Sauce heat menu cards on every table. We had the beef burrito and the chicken enchiladas. Both meals were too big to finish so we brought them home. Tried the Mandarin and Lime jarritos drinks as well. Everything was delicious! We will be back!

Came here for a quick dinner on a Saturday night. Decently busy - but they were able to squeeze in two right away. I got the enchiladas and my wife for the chicken tacos. These were both really good! And the service was also very quick given how busy it was. We got our food within 5 minutes and it was only about 35 minutes from when we sat down to when we were out the door we wanted a quick in and out dinner.

Great service. Amazing food. Excellent prices. Even though their sign said they were understaffed, it was not obvious in the quality of service. We will absolutely be back!

Finally got to go here and it was so good! The front entrance was a little different as they have a sliding door to get into the restaurant. We got there before the lunch rush, as it got busy after we arrived... the homemade tortilla chips and guacamole were so good and flavorful...chips were perfectly salted...I started with the tortilla soup which was prepared differently than what I'm used to but was so goodbig chunk of avocado and lots of tortilla strips... then I had the yegrande burritobeef and grande is correct, it was delicious and so filling! Ended off the meal sharing arroz con lecherice pudding with raisins, very tasty... our servers were so nice and attentive... loved the ambiance and pink decor! Parking can be a bit of a pain but so worth the drive to the south side!

Very affordable rate and tasty food combo is this place. It was first time trying for me and my friend and food was tasty, very filling. Place seemed very welcoming and energizing. I like the different kind of decor which they have. Super colourful and gives vibes of happiness. Our server greeted us with smile and she maintained it throughout. I forgot to ask her name but she was the lady with wrist tattoo saying dad. We ordered chorgarbenzo as I am vegitarian, enmoladas and some chips and salsa. I would recommend this place for all age groups. It has something yummy for everyone’s tummy.

Highly recommend if you want to try authentic Mexican cuisine. Food was delicious! I want to try everything on the menu. Fish tacos were superb. Margaritas were so good too

Stopped into Luna on the first day of them rebranding and had lunch with my husband. Got seated right away. The server was super nice and always checking on us. We ordered the massive chicharron de Queso, tacos chorizo and Asada, Esquites, tortilla soup. Everything came out super fast and tasted amazing! The pico de gallo and guacamole was so fresh. We will definitely come back to try more dishes on the menu!

Amazing food! Decently priced and the atmosphere felt like an authentic Mexican restaurant. The service was quick even though it was busy. I will be returning to sample the rest of the menu.Food: 5/5

Luna is aesthetically pleasing. The new menu is amazing. I had the aguachile, it was much spicier than I expected. The burn sat in my stomach but my partner enjoyed it. Please put the spice level next to your menu items to make it easier for ppl I opted for the taco dorados! Highly recommend. It was delicious. The tres leches mocha cake was to die for. I will be buying a whole cake one day for a birthday. Now as for the service... Sydney did not ask how the bill would be split. Which is a huge no, no when dealing with a big table like ours. She also added extra stuff onto the whole bill. Just not organized at all. When we said our bills were wrong she changed them twice, still didn't get it right, and said "ok guys, if the bills still aren't right we are gonna have to etransfer each other cause I'm not changing it again" Which... most of us just met that night so that's not a proper option. She rolled her eyes everytime we tried to tell her something was wrong. Very rude and unprofessional. So our table went through how many things we ordered and Sydney was trying to charge us for 4 extra margaritas and 1 extra empanada. That was the only part of the evening that was annoying. The food, the atmosphere, the drinks were all spectacular. I will be returning again to try this delicious menu!

Oh my goodness, I cannot rave about this place enough! Our service from Amanda was top notch, she was so friendly and lovely. The food was phenomenal and I cannot wait to go back for more! The decor was warm and inviting, felt like home. Parking may be a bit tough if it's on a busy Saturday but I'd walk from the opposite end of the city for this place. Oof man did this place hit it out of the park.
