It’s mind blowing that these kids are making $12/hr but can never remember to throw sauce packets into a bag. Nobody eats Taco Bell without sauce packets. Every time I come to this location, I have to remind the drive through person to throw sauce packets into my bag. For $12/hr you’d think they’d remember to complete the order.
Unfortunately, I have to give this Taco Bell a 1 star review. I waited 25 mins and my order was not made. I then asked if they got my order and showed them my receipt. Even though I was in the lobby the whole time and had a receipt, the manager still seemed very skeptical of me. They decided to make more order, and then completely give me the wrong items. I gave up and took what they gave me and left. I wasn't even being and I wasn't mad. I get it, I work in IT. Computers mess up sometimes, but the way they handled it made me feel like I am the one who messed up. Please, anyone who loves Taco Bell please stay away from here. It just going to make you feel unwelcome and leave a bad taste in your mouth.
Went inside to order food and no one would wait on me. So I asked if anyone was going to wait on me and they told me to use the do it yourself register. I’m tired of working for these fast food, and grocery stores by doing the work for them unpaid. There was plenty of people to wait on me. I ended up leaving without service or food, as did the gentleman behind me who also preferred “old fashion” service as he called it. Enough is enough. Won’t be returning-ever.
I get that inflation is high and there are cut backs. But I received a taco with less then a spoonful of meat on it. The entire thing with the wrapper on it weighs 1.4 ounces. Absolutely ridiculous. You need better quality control if this is the type of product your staff is producing.
Unfortunately after numerous attempts at ordering here, it's always wrong. I have a dairy allergy and always ask for no cheese. Every time the items are prepared default and without any customization. Please avoid this location if you have any allergy or customizable needs.
Girl who works nights with the glasses is the best thing that happened to this place. Love when she works because I know my order won't be screwed up.Food: 4/5
We pulled out sauce packet from our order and some were stuck together with crusty, old, nasty sauce. I can only imagine what else they "overlook" in their kitchen. I'm giving one star but wish I could give negative stars.
Shown below is a Doritos Loco taco sold on 12/29, at 330 p.m. I've only given two stars because the cashier who took the order was super friendly and very efficient. I will not, however, be frequenting this establishment again.
The food was made of cardboard. The drink had ghost goop in it. I literally got mugged in the parking lot by a guy dressed as a taco. He took off is his tacomobile. I told the manager, and she told me that it was taco Tom and he does that on the weekends. Vegetarian options: It had veggies Kid-friendliness: No we don't like dem kids Dietary restrictions: Don't eat here if you wanna be healthy
At every single taco bell the food is good for the price but the service is way too slowFood: 5/5
