Long drive thru lines that go on for 45 minutes for 4 cars. The slowest drive thru line I have ever been in for such a lack of cars waiting.nnSo after waiting an ungodly amount of time for your order you receive mostly taco shells/wraps and lettuce. This place doesn’t fill up any of their tacos or groditas. I won’t be coming back for a while at this point. It’s obvious the people in there don’t want to work or follow basic food preparation instructions.nnBut there’s always time for the whole crew to cram out the side door and smoke constantly even with a long line at drive thrunnIt’s okay whenever the drive thru timer gets too high they just unplug their car counter machine at the window.nnNot only that if you compare prices with other Taco Bell’s in Connecticut this particular location is way overpriced. Greedy franchisee operator, and a batch of employees who don’t know how to make food and give proper portions.nnThis location should be investigated by Taco Bell for running this place so poorly. Maybe the owner should hire some employees who actually care and want to make food and not smoke constantly out the side door.nThe prices of this place are insanely high for fast food. In Danbury for example a Gordita costs $2 less than in Torrington and in Danbury they actually give you a decent portion of meat not just a bunch of lettuce and cheese.nnIt’s like the franchisee is either trying to save money by giving less meat in the food or the employees are intentionally not filling up the food because they’re too lazy to heat up more.nnLastly why is everything in Torrington so awful? Worst city in Connecticut and it shows

I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I guess you have to go at off peak times. I never had an issue with timing or the food. You can conveniently order from the app, the kiosk or in my case from the cashier. My food is always prompt and done right. My husband and I go several times a month. Yum.

Better tacobell than waterbury and bristol, veggies actually taste fresh, the mid day crew is polite and fast pace. They get food right first try.nLet alone it is much cleaner inside than the other locations in other towns.

Did a pick up order tonight, I had some coupons in the app. I have to say every item was on point! Last time we ordered, very bad experience- items missing or incorrect and the lady at counter was rude! But tonight! BEN! Ben’s the man! He was helpful and very kind! Our food was awesome and for once we came home and were happy we got Taco Bell for dinner!

Whomever is working tonight needs some retraining. I absolutely love Taco Bell it’s definitely my go to but I was absolutely disappointed this time around. Every time I go I always order a cheese quesadilla they are my favorite today was the first time ordering for delivery but when I received my food for one I asked for Diablo sauce I put 11 Diablo on the order but I didn’t even get 1 and my quesadilla was cold and under cooked none of the cheese was melted every other time I go it’s always stemming hot and the cheese is melted. I got no complaints about the DoorDash driver.
