Taco Bell

Staff were not trained. One employee became overwhelmed because they did not know what to do. It wasn’t their fault, they were just hired. But, the other staff were not training them. We had arrived about ten minutes before Happy Hour ended, and after the whole overwhelmed employee experience, the next employee refused to accept a Happy Hour priced drink because it was one minute past 5. Food was good otherwise.

The Taco Bell was very busy, but they got through the line in a timely fashion. My order was correct, fresh, and hot! All of the employees seemed to be working hard toward helping it be successful. I would recommend this Taco Bell.

Everything you would expect from Taco Bell....at Taco Prices...but in Coopersville south of the roundy roundy. Seriously..the staff totally accommodated my 8 yr old ordering for himself...and when there was a problem with one of his tacos having lettuce when he asked for none...they cheerfully made it right. Employees here are typically above the norm...friendly and personable

Good, fast, cheap mexican food. Always the same quality. Free beverages for seniors over 55 yrs. of age.

great food at taco bell. a bit of a cold place though. could be heated rather running the AC in the fall time lol
