The staff are courteous and polite. However I was very disappointed in the enchiritos that we ordered. They were 3/8 of an inch thick including tortilla, beef and bean filling. Less than 1/3 of the size of the advertised enchiritos photo. The price of $3.98 each was way over priced for the size. If they had actually put an honest amount of filling into them like those of my memories they would have been awesome. Sadly this was an example of how little they could get in the tortilla. Do better Taco Bell, do better. We love the taste of your food and your friendly staff.
Me and my wife ordered online while we were in the parking lot, went in to get our food and both mine and her order were all messed, they need better management as well as better workers who know what they're doing, I won't go back until they take care of that. I don't recommend this taco bell anybody period.Food: 1/5
I stopped by today and placed my order for my food, let me just say this was by far my worst trip here. I ordered my tacos grilled, they were not. We let them know and they did attempt to make it right. As for my Cheese quesadilla, they initially put rice in it. I let them know that i didnt want rice in it. They remade it. And gave it to me in a new bag and added a coupon. That was nice but they added Chicken in it. They gave me a Chicken Quesadilla, im a Vegetarian. I bit into it because I was told it was my remake and i was repulsed to find I in fact had Chicken in my Cheese only quesadilla. I was disgusted and almost in tears, i left immediately as i didnt want to throw up and make a scene. My brother stayed behind for a remake, he said a gentleman there helped. The acting managers attitude seemed very nonchalant, she seemed like she didnt care. My family and I love coming to this location, but yall really dropped the ball on this one. And honestly this whole experience was unacceptable!
Taco Bell is the place where your day should goes start, they have very good dine space and polite staff like family. And provide healthy and hygienic food. I like this place because they provide many vegan options for me

Love taco bell yits people they are so kind n polite..ty for all your hard work everyday to satisfy those who are hungry..like me lol .. Parking: Plenty of spots I go thru drive thru as well Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to access to go in without getting hurt .
Come to Kingsville Taco Bell... but only if you enjoy paying for your food, getting home and realizing it's incomplete! Working at this location must be the hardest job on earth, because they cannot give you a complete order to save their lives! It's really unbelievable. And it's not just Door Dash.... if you order in front of them in person or even on the app, they're just as incompetent. It's maddening. OH! I almost forgot.... don't worry about customizing any food items.... they won't do it. Don't bother.
This is by far the BEST Taco Bell I have ever eaten at. The customer service is always on point, and I just love when Jessica is working the drive-through. She has the best customer service ever.Food: 5/5
