I decided to go inside to dine instead of going through the drive through but instantly regretted it. Another customer was in the restaurant asking to speak with a manager about the rude service and she was not wrong. Although it isn't my personal issue and I'm not entirely sure that he was the manager, the way the customer was treated still wasn't okay. When the employee finally came out to speak with her he was not very kind or receptive to her concerns. The employees there seem to put themselves in a position where you aren't able to see them and consequently they don't need to provide any sort of customer service. When my order was ready; the employee set the bag on the counter, called my name, and walked away. It seemed very cold and unfriendly in there so I chose to eat in my car instead. I won't be tempted to stop back in there any time soon.
Very convenient occasion for me period. Front counter safe often seems distracted and I sometimes receive the run items like last night. I got a Hardshell taco instead of a hardshell taco supreme that I ordered. Didn't realize it till I got home because of course they're wrapped. I'd say this happens once out of every three visits. Otherwise great convenience they seem to pump the food out quick enough. Love taco bell so I'll keep going back!
Open for breakfast, soda fountain is open for customer's use, unlimited refills of Mountain Dew Baja Blast Zero Sugar can't get that anywhere else. Great way to start the day, breakfast burrito with lots of "fire" sauce and a blast
Ordered for pick-up online via DoorDash. Upon approaching the drive thru me and my dinner date were greeted with something along the lines of, "Just so you know we're out of cheese and some other ingredients and we're closed but still technically open" even though it was about another hour before their posted closing time. Fortunately the order was already put together so we didn't have to wait long. The exchange at the window was awkward and silent. Upon receiving the order I had noticed my soda had a bit missing off the top, not a big problem but not a hard thing to have avoided. I was disappointed with how few sauce packets we were given. The crunchwrap supreme I ordered was very flat, had an open hole on the bottom part where it's supposed to be folded together, and had barely any chicken on it so it was basically a warm tortilla with lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese. It wasn't horrible as far as relieving my craving for Taco Bell but it definitely wasn't worth what I had paid for it.
They have the best taco's and they make them the fastest...but they don't have the best taco's that some one made with time ,love and affectionFood: 3/5
Constantly getting order wrong. Never getting correct sauces. When I order multiple combo meals they refuse to put them in the boxes they are suppose to come on they mix it all up in a bag making ot impossible to know who's is who's. Tacos have half as much filling as other locations. Parking: There's no dedicated spots it's attached to a gas station. Parking sucks
Not the cleanest place food was ok the music on the loud speaker wasn't my kinda music to vulgare for meFood: 4/5
Awesome people great quality food good service
It's nowhere near a great Taco Bell. Impossible to understand the drive thru person, asked for fire sauce and never got any and I believe they left their taco shells out for at least a day before making my food. Never had a hard softshell taco before.
