Don't go through the drive through and not be ready to order the person working the window is rude and when you call the manager they act like it's not a big deal. I actually had to call corporate just to get someone to do something about it.
Most of my order was wrapped in the same wrapper unmarked. Had to open each burrito to figure out who got what... Kinda gross don't you think?!
