Taco Bell

Honestly this is the slowest Taco Bell ever. Every time I come, no matter what time of day, they are extremely slow. All I ordered was a $5 box and it took them 15min with maybe 2 orders ahead of them. The lady before me had 2 tacos missing from her order and she was waiting for 20 minutes for them to get 2 soft tacos to her...absolutely ridiculous. Being an old TB employee, I almost wanted to just go back there and make my own food. SPEED IT UP GUYS!!

Moderately busy lobby, however it is noted staff has trouble keeping up with pace even in mildly busy cases. Lobby needs to be cleaned more often than it currently is. Bathrooms could use the same cleaning and more regularly. Kitchen staff tends to work well together and accuracy is decent. Staff needs training on menu.

Staff are usually so helpful. We always order with no meat, cheese, and dairy based sauces and they are always very understanding. I can't remember our order ever being messed up either. They do a great job.

Food was Fair. Service was quick. Not bad atmosphere. Ok for a quick bite too eat.
