This place is truly one of the Taco Bells of all time. Everything you can expect from prompt, polite service to low prices to delicious food, this place has it all. If you love Taco Bell as much as I do, go for it. If you've never tried Taco Bell, go for it. If you don't like Taco Bell, drive across town and get another Big Mac. Thank You, Taco Bell Pendleton! Parking: The parking is fine right now. The drive thru is worth the wait. If you want to eat inside, you can park your vehicle and walk no further than 50 feet to the building. They have large glass windows in the dining room, which you will likely want to take advantage of, as panhandlers frequent the corner of the parking lot from 7AM until 11PM, 365 days a year. I have never had a problem. I don't know if I could say that without those windows.
Took a little longer than. I'm used to but I can say definitely amazing and the grilled steak burrito. It's to die for! Absolutely amazing!! 110%. Will definitely come back here
All the lights are almost off when you pull up to the drive thru window. Looks close. Doesn't have change. Must use correct amount or lose your money. A bunch of high school kids work there and run the place. A restaurant should have their lights and sign turn on. Standing in the dark taking some ones money and handing their purchase to them in a complete joke. I'm sure they lose business because they look close. Also do something about the homeless that is always at your entrances. Looks tracky
So unprofessional hiring, had a great interview and the manager said shed call back and works “6 days a week” but i cant get ahold of her? What a joke
After having been told to use screen instead of taking our order in person 2 employees came out from back to chat up w/ a customer who walked in after us. Supposedly the did a phone order & got their food before. Also witnessed boy taking multiple drive up orders & our screen oder still not checked we have to get to our destination Boise, Idaho & need to eat as it's getting late already even told him we can see what you're doing. Heard a bunch of commotion in back about not finding tomatoes....Really?! Geez who's managing this place. Got an apology & finally got our food. 30 min.
I've been a manager of a fast food restaurant for 20 plus yrs and I would have been very disappointed in my staff if I was the manager of this taco bell. I'll start out with the easiest one my cheese roll up sprinkled cheese on me when I picked it up because it was not steamed at all. But the biggest problem was the girl taking the order only replied with is that it like let me order. Am I bothering you? I pulled up to the window to what I can only assume is the same girl only telling me the total taking the card and handing it back I had to ask for the receipt. She didn't say another word this whole time. Hands me the food and closes the window. I get being under staffed and busy. But the rushing of guests and not talking at all was very off putting. I had a friend in the phone and after my order was taken they even replied that was rude.
Puniest excuse for a burrito supreme ever. I paid $4.79 for pretty much all tortilla. Service was the worst I've had so far. The girl basically threw the food out the window.
Did not like the fact that you are STRONGLY suggested to order on a screen upon walking in the restaurant. We found it somewhat difficult to navigate and asked an employee if she would just take our order. Her reply was, "How are we supposed to make the food and wait on people at the same time?" I couldn't believe it, especially, since we were the only two customers inside. Yes, there were people in the drive thru, and perhaps people ordering online, but at least 5 employees that I could see were present. To this woman's credit, she did end up taking our order and eventually apologized. I worked for Taco Bell a few decades ago, and it is a lot of work, but customer service is a big part of it!
Was denied service because I had a hundred dollar bill, it's not like I came in the morning, really uncaring and unprofessional
We’ve been waiting for 40 mins in the lobby for our food. Seen countless orders go to the drive through. Seems as though the workers give no care, they are moseying around. Seen 6 people go up to get their missing drinks they were not given. Just a bad time. At least my food was good
