Its a taco bell, not the best not the worst. For late night runs, the service has been questionable multiple times. No concerns during the day - "they mostly come out at night, mostly" :
This place can’t do anything right. Normally they get the order wrong. I finally get the right food and it’s a mess. My grilled cheese burrito was burned and my nachos were just crumbs. It takes maybe 3 minutes to make fresh nachos so I don’t understand serving crumbs.
Don't go here. They lost my order. When I went inside to figure it out they avoided me for 30 minutes to handle drive through order only. Horrible service. I'm still out the money I paid for the food I didn't get.
This Taco Bell has gotten better but usually still gets orders wrong. I heard that it’s a trainee store but they need solid workers that stay there, that don’t get shipped off to other stores so things are ran correctly.
I had the $5 chalupa box and it was stale. The employees were VERY nice and they probably would have made it right if I would have asked. So, how would they know if I don't say anything? I'm going with neutral on this one.
This location gets orders wrong every single time we go. They always forget items, and are constantly out if simple basics like cheese or beef. Some of the staff is great, helpful and super nice, but one guy on drive thru is very rude every time we encountered him.
Best managed taco bell I've been to in my 29 years. Almost never a long wait and friendly staff. Sometimes the night gets a little slow but that's every restaurant in my experience.

Wonderful customer service experience while going through the drive thru from Robert at the second window and the woman at the first window who's name I didn't catch. Wonderfully kind employees.
