It's been all downhill since this store opened. Lately it's closed often during normal business hours, and to top it off, they've reduced their regular hours to close at 10pm so no late night food even if they happen to be open in the first place. They are almost always extremely sloppy with how they put the food together. Consider yourself lucky if you get what you order as well. I'm not sure if I've seen a fast food store ran as poorly as this place. It's clear the management and owner have absolutely no clue what they are doing.
Restaurant is kept too cold and has uncomfortable chairs...likely in an effort to get you out. Service is fast, yet somehow the food tends to run cold. No different than other Taco Bells, or other restaurants in general, the food is getting pretty thin for it's price.
I'm not a huge Taco Bell fan, but our drive-thru service was so good, I had to post a review! The order taker paid attention to what we said the husband didn't have to repeat himself which drives him nuts and was very professional, in a sweet way. Everything was hot and quickly prepared. Best drive-thru service I've had in a while! Great job Ferndale Taco Bell!!
I made a regular order for two people and they forgot one of the speciality burrito and mixed my quesadilla from chicken to a beef one. I was already on the road when I realized about the quesadilla and home when I realized a whole burrito was missing. Call the 800 line and they said I have to return to get a refund or redo the missing items which I was just passing by and no way to get back! Just poor service!
There’s this blonde worker always out of uniform cleaning whenever I am there. No hair net or visor, but wearing a headset and wearing very tight yoga pants that are crawling up her asscrack. I saw her flip off a customer yesterday night around 9:45 while I was in the lobby. I guess she was upset because he used the restroom after she mopped it? While he was in the restroom I could hear her ranting because it was “so stupid, now I have to mop again it’s all muddy” I could tell the other staff were tired of her attitude. Today she was in the lobby again with no hairnet or visor but seemed to be all smiles better mood today I suppose. Lobby was clean and orderly, sauce packets were all organized and straight, but it was freezing in there. Especially for winter. The bathroom mirror looked like it had been wiped with a dirty dish rag, presumably the same girl. Drive through workers were balancing taking orders on both the front counter and the drive through quite well, and helping with deliveries. No workers standing around for the most part. 3 stars only for that girl.
Unfortunately we had one bad experience which ruined everything. My wife ordered a vegetarian crunch wrap and got the beef one instead. The staff made a new one for us but were not very concerned about this issue but it’s a really big deal. The manager stepped up and gave us a refund when I asked about it. This place needs to take orders seriously. You cannot go wrong on a non busy day with black bean vs beef.
Nice new shiny modern and dare I say clean Taco bell location. Obviously newly renovated inside and out and it shows. Bathroom was very nice and service was good. My food was ready before I even got the lid on my drink. Lol!
Had multiple bad previous experiences but tonight was great. Ordered on the app and picked up in the drive-thru. Service was quick and all the food was assembled perfectly. All tacos neat, all ingredients distributed right, everything was great. For the best experience, order on the app and pick up in the drive-thru. Last time I was here, I picked up inside and had to wait 25 whole minutes for just a chicken quesadilla combo. While I was waiting, other people had walked in, ordered ordered way more things at the counter, and got their food way before me. There were about 3-4 groups of people inside. The time before that, the drive-thru service was very slow despite not being busy but they at least apologized, so I'll give them a pass on that. Ordering today was Taco Bell's last chance for redemption and, thankfully, they did great this time. I sincerely hope this continues. This is also the last place in the area that still does online ordering, so thank you for that.

I ordered on the app and was charged on my debit card. It was a breakfast item and I arrived 25 minutes BEFORE they were done serving breakfast. Suddenly, they were "out" of Crunchwraps, so they was offered a "comped" item for lunch. I felt lied to, and since I started up my vehicle with breakfast in mind I lost my appetite while waiting for my "free" tacos so I just left. The app has no way of refunding my order I was willing to pay for the two "free" tacos that I left so now I'm just out a few bucks because I did not want to return to continue to get back in line and make a scene. Keep it taco bell, that's the last $ I'm giving you.
