I think the last & only time I went to Taco Bell was in 2001 in Ithaca NY. So this afternoon I decided to try this one in Potsdam NY. I ordered from the Cravings Menu bcs I wanted to try a bit of everything. I liked my quisadilla, nachos & taco, but the caramel apple empanada was I found rather disappointing.
I've never really had a bad experience here. I got the box of 4 tacos and 4 burritos and I received... and I kid you not... SIXTY packages of hot sauce in all varieties. Nothing to complain about I guess, but seems a tad excessive. Lol. So, 4 stars it is. I just feel uneasy giving a fast food restaurant 5 stars
Was an all around wonderful experience a worker named Ashley took my order while being friendly, patient and helpful. The food was quick and exactly what I ordered without anything missing. At the drive through window a worker named Carlos was friendly and managed to make me laugh all in a short interaction.
Good efficient service at this location.
I paid to upgrade my tacos to supreme and did not receive the extra ingredients
Ordered the $5 box, good meal, couldn't finish it all. Only bad thing was having to use drive thru and eat in the car. That sucks and is not necessary. Other places have inside dining and i usually restrict my purchases to those establishments.
A covid-19 meal with my favorite girl! Takeout in the parking lot. Both food and companionship were excellent!
Just a normal tbell not great not terrible. Staff is always friendly
They ask what sauce you want yet always give you mild. Check your bag before driving away.
