We were there for New Year's eve. A very friendly atmosphere and great service. Also an interesting program!!
What you are about to read is no exaggeration. This is the first time I attended this restaurant with a group of 24 people. I have been to many restaurants in the West Island and I am over 50 years old. Upon walking in you think you are in a hall. Open concept with dated decor. Chandeliers in the 1980s and not a warm atmosphere at all. You could see the owner is trying to maximize his profit by not spending money on the interior. I had a fixed menu for $40. The soup quantity was literally one ladle that’s it. After four scoops with your spoon there was no more soup. People around me were laughing at the quantity. Then we had a small salad. Then I requested to have Salmon not overly done When the plate of salmon came and all the other plates came people were flabbergasted at the size. It was a 4 ounce piece of salmon. Others ordered braised beef and the quantity was 3 ounces.For $40 it did not make sense what we were receiving. My salmon came in raw and it was cold. Several of us complained that the meals were cold. My salmon was completely raw inside. Several of us return the plates and when it was returned the same piece of meat was on the plate coming out of the microwave. People complained that the food is too hard now. The owner should be ashamed of himself for serving the quantity of food. The West Island is filled with restaurants and there’s so much competition I don’t understand why he has not closed his doors. People are not dumb and appreciate good food and work hard for their money and it was very insulting to see a person treating his customers the way we were treated. Needless to say not many of us would return to this restaurant if any at all. If you don’t believe this feedback go for yourself and experience it for yourself. Please tell your friends about this place and save your money for a pleasant atmosphere and nice food. Trust me this is not the place you want to go to.
Classy quiet and clean. Very friendly wait staff and front house staff. Decor is nice with clean lines giving a classy yet comfortable atmosphere. Caesar salad was excellent and can tell the dressing was made from scratch. Dijon rack of lamb was cooked to perfection medium rare as requested. Juicy and succulent. Great place for date night with an adult atmosphere. Would highly recommend
The staff were very polite and extremely efficient. We were served by Zachary and he is absolutely the best server/waiter I have seen in a long time. This young man is going places in life! The food was excellent, hot and well prepared. No negative feedback at all.
I highly recommend this restaurant! We went for my fathers birthday and Jan 19 and we had a great experience. The waiter and waitress taking care of us were extremely professional. I started with Calamari which was excellent and I suspect a homemade batter. I had the rack of lamb which was cooked very well, the vegetables were well cooked and the presentation was also very nice. This restaurant is newly renovated, super clean and the chairs were really comfortable. After our meal they brought my father a Baked Alaska with candles. A big thanks to the staff for making his birthday very memorable thank you!!
I found the ambiance was quite nice. I was impressed with the service and quality of the food, Zachary our waiter has a promising future in this crazy business of restaurants and service, his coworker worked equal hard but all in all a solid team, I do hope Jamal the owner gives them all a bonus they deserve it!! I would recommend this place to those looking for a good venu for a staff party.
The decor of the restaurant was to my liking. Was there for a friend's party, so it was a set menu, and I'm a fussy eater. Of the food I did eat, it was great. My sons were given a children's meal, and it was excellent. The service was very good.
Food was good, I would have given a higher score except for the level and quality of service of the wait staff. I was expecting a better level of service. It could be because they were busy, but that issue should have been taken care of by floor managers. Still good food.
Recently used this venue for my wedding and I was more than satisfied. Management was very helpful, the food was great and so was the service. Helpful and friendly staff would strongly recommend for any functions you would have in mind. Pricing very affordable. Thank You Le Chambertin my wedding was great.
Atmosphere is top notch, and the venue feels just right for my experience's case it was for a wedding celebration. Servers are polite and very quick. Food was also very delicious, although I might've had an issue with the salad being a little too overbearing with its dressing.
