I would say excellent all around. The things that make them unique. Also make things difficult their cup design is really really cool, but it doesn’t quite fit into a cupholder. just a flaw in the design, but absolutely the coolest cups. Tons of choices. Coconut plant-based milk option for those. Looking to have no dairy. worth checking out. What are the nicer settings for bubble teas on the island?
Overall a really adorable little shop in little old pei . Cute food, cute service, cute decor, it’s a cute place. I recommend the original milktea with doubled cheesefoam because the taste was just magical Food: 5/5

I never ordered from them but after what happened with my friends I won’t ever go or order from them. The worst customer service you can ever imagine. My friends went there and ordered and when they tasted milk tasted so bad. So they went back in hoping if they can make them new drink but the employee and the owner was so rude. The employee and the owner was not ready to listen what they had to say. They literally told them its your taste buds and they didn’t try anything to solve the problem. Even when my friend was telling me about what happened she was emotional and upset it was so disturbing.
We order a fruit tea, with chunks of fruits in it. We tasted it and it tasted horribly since the fruit were actually rotten and tasted rotten. We went back to tell the lady that the drink is not good and if she could change it. However, she was rude and kept saying this is how it supposed to taste. We bought it before and it was never like that. Please improve your customer service skills as we just wanted to enjoy a refreshing drink. This experience was horrible as she kept ignoring us and taking orders of other people who were after us. You need to re-evaluate your business practices if you want to keep your customers happy.

Very fresh ingredients in the bubble tea. Delicious! Tapioca is very good and fresher than some other bubble tea ive tried. Nice bright atmosphere but not much seating. Vegetarian options: Pretty much everything is vegetarian. Vegan options with coconut milk. Dietary restrictions: Coconut milk / non dairy
Went to buy mango milk tea but really had a bad experience the drink was not made right how it suppose to be there was something wrong I used to have the same drink earlier also but this time was not good . Not a complaining person but i went back with the drink told them about the drink they said they cannot do anything and the owner said it your taste buds that you are not liking but hello its not my taste its you who didn’t made the drink right . I spent $40 for this upon asking the refund they refused to give the refund the attitude was really bad . The owner said they don’t do any refund and replacement . They were talking in there own language i really had a very bad customer service i think they dont know how to do the business and joe to handle customer.

Had T-Talks bubble for the first time today, was blown away by the difference compared to other bubble tea places in Charlottetown. It was some of the best bubble tea I’ve ever had in my life, the pearls were awesome. I used to say I don’t like the pearls but T-Talk changed my mind. Will certainly be back.
