First time trying the Seafood Bar and we love it. Decent pricing and delicious. We picked our own Seafood and they cooked steamed them right there. The staff members, especially Candy were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended to give it a try.nnUpdate on February 6, 2025: Seafood bar no longer available at this location.
Loved shopping here. Even got an amazing sushi platter for dinner. Pork floss buns were so yummy.
DO NOT BUY FROZEN ITEMS!!!nWhile this TnT in Richmond, Lansdowne Mall, is super busy but this is no excuse. Having frozen merchandised way beyond the freeze line. I hope health department pays a visit in the morning as this have been happening for months. As this, sooner or later, may pose shopper health and safety issue. Really hoping their senior management and corporate management reflect on this. As for me, I will only shop their frozen food when it is being restock or buy somewhere else. Pictures attached, the items at top have already defrosted and it was taken just after 9AM
Every T&T is slightly different, some stores are larger or smaller and carry different items depending on region.nnThis Richmond location has so many things a Toronto location wouldn’t.nnTheres a Starbucks inside! Which is open early with T&T hours. Standalone Starbucks open at 10am!!nnFor all your grocery needs T&T is the place to go.
The staff at T&T are very kind and helpful. I noticed that most grocery stores don’t really have many staff around to answer questions anymore. However, T&T is one of the rare places that ensure that staff are available in all areas of the store! There is such a wide range of products in the store, any Asian grocery products you need, you’ll probably find at T&T. Most staff speak multiple languages so there’s always someone there that can answer your questions. I highly recommend coming here at 8/9pm. Any earlier can be quite chaotic, especially on weekends.
