I haven't been to the Coquitlam location, but I'm definitely happy with the Richmond Lansdowne location. If you go before 6:30 pm, the hot food section often has many freshly made food to pick for your empty stomach. I especially like their sushi - the price is amazing for what you get. Much cheaper than the Richmond Centre food court and better taste than PriceSmart. Plenty of parking - just beware of the numerous customers walking in and out the suprmarket and in the parking lots. Their bakery and mango desserts are incredible, too. I don't know if they provide napkins or a microwave oven anymore. Chopsticks and disposable folks are available at the self serve checkout counters or just so their staff.
Always consistently great! Great selection and friendly hard working staff at Richmond. The imported produce is sooo interesting and varied. The bakery cakes are simply epic... beautiful and not like your grocery store low quality one's. My go to in Vancouver. Open one in Victoria B.C..... please!
This major Asian supermarket was purchased by Superstore. T&T has a wide selection of assorted asian products: Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Philippine and other influences. They also have a reward system. Pay attention to their weekly flyers and their clearance sections. Bargains are hit and miss at this Lansdowne Richmond location. Also check out their in-store specials! They also have washrooms on site.
Our family of six had a short Pacific-Northwest trip and we prioritized getting souvenirs on our last full day. I usually like to pick up baked goods and snacks from local mom and pop shops and/or grocery chains.nnWe visited T&T at 4 pm on a Wednesday and all of the shelves and baked goods and hot bar areas were well stocked. It was really tempting to get a little of everything but I had to restrain myself because we did not have the capacity to finish everything before our departure and we would not be able to bring everything back to Chicago.nnWe bought the T&T bakery peanut cookie and phoenix egg roll tins back home and loved them! I have both of these items bookmarked for when we visit Canada again.
Very cool super market with good seleciton. Their bakery department has a lot of new products.nThey have various different things to try.
