Have used this company for a few different installs. One of a hot water on demand system and one was a heat pump install. Great service and very reliable.

We had an emergency and needed a new furnace installed. I called every contractor in town and couldn't get anyone to even give me an estimate within 24 hrs.
Mr. Smith made some calls, got all the parts and met me at the house the following morning.
His crew had the old furnace out by the time another crew came in with the new unit.
T Smith & Sons had a new furnace up and running within 4 hours at a very reasonable rate.
It's not very often that you get this kind of service at an affordable price. Very rarely do you find people who treat you fairly when your in a bind.
I highly recommend T Smith & Sons Plumbing & Heating

Our furnace stopped working a month ago, Travis came and got it running only to have it act up again a few hours later so I called back they said I would get a call before anyone came over, nope I came out of the bathroom and they were in my house at the furnace already not a knock on the door or anything. So again he fiddled with it and said I might need a new furnace but couldn't be sure until he opened it up and he didn't have time to do it and it would be a month before he could, so he got it running but it died completely 5 min after he left, so now I've been without heat for the last month

We contacted this company to service our Bosch Aqua Star water heater. When they looked at it they said it was beyond repair and added that they did not work on these. They gave us as options electric or Rinnai. We did On-demand in the first place to avoid using electricity. They did not offer an Aqua Star replacement. The result was that we ended up with a Rinnai water heater that is very noisy and to run requires electricity. To make things worse, their mark-up and service came to $800.00 above their cost for the Rinnai. To replace the Rinnai with an Aqua Star would have been $250.00 less. Being on Social Security, $250.00 matters. Now, having to wire the closet that contains the Rinnai matters. Not having the opportunity to replace our Aqua Star matters. It required no electricity nor did it have electronic boards that could effect its operation. I am not at all happy. Also, the instructions emphasize not using an extension cord to operate the equipment, yet they left it plugged into an extension cord. My final complaint was that they did not leave an itemized receipt! Otherwise, they were efficient.
