Quality of work, the price and the attitudes and personalities of the employees will not go unnoticed when you have T&M do a job.  Very good qualities like this is very hard to find today and it is comforting to know that if I have a plumbing, heating or cooling issue all I do is pick up the phone and my problem will be gone at a very fair price might I add.
