Painted all over he metal , can see through to the wood , cut in wasn’t clean at all + they missed areas. When called back they lost my brand new hardware screws to my door and replaced with mismatched ones- on my brand knew house , didn’t put back the weather stripping , and installed the dead bolt in so you had to use your key on the inside of the house . They never fixed anything I asked them to. They still haven’t been back. As far as I’m comcerened , they are lame.

They didn't scrape off the flaking paint on the exterior and on the interior there were drips all over. When I called their customer service they said that was what I paid for...Kind of a bummer:

Don't get Joe for a crew leader. Known to sleep on the job and does poor work. Treats his employees terribly.

Fantastic service, my house looks brand new. Very great job!
